Tips for Faster Healing and To Keep Cancer Away in Future

Whether you had cancer and you have already healed using Ivermectin/Mebendazole Therapy, or you’re still in the process of recovery, there are some thing you can do to keep yourself healthy for the future or to overcome your current diagnosis much faster.

Below we’ve put together a list of things worth considering to keep away inflammation as possible, minimize parasites infection, and give your body the best chance for a full recovery without any re-occurrence of your cancer. If you have never had cancer and just want to stay in peak physical health, the following tips may be useful to you as well.

Diet

While some people do notice an improvement from ketogenic or carnivore diets in the short term, we believe this is mostly due to the reduction in the intake of a lot of carbs – especially breads and pastas. Commercial wheat is notoriously toxic and one of the reasons is because it is sprayed with large amounts of the pesticide Glyphosate (as is corn, soy, and a variety of other produce).

Glyphosate binds with copper in the body and leeches it from us, this is why almost everyone eating a modern diet is now copper deficient, and why we recommend all of our patients take copper (and zinc as well as they work together). Not only does Glyphosate take the copper from inside our bodies when we consume foods with pesticide residue on them, it also binds with copper in the soil when it is sprayed on crops, which stops crops grown in that soil later on from absorbing any copper as well. Copper is essential for optimal immune function and is also anti-parasitic.

Ketogenic and carnivore diets can help in the short term as eating like this with no carbs removes a lot of toxins from our diets. Meat is high in copper as well, which can also help the patient feel additional benefits by correcting that deficiency. While this diet can help in the short term, we do not believe it to be optimal in the long run. The five biggest killer diseases are far more prevalent in patients with a high meat intake.

There are a multitude of other reasons why high meat consumption is not ideal when fighting cancer. Pork meat harbors parasites, even when frozen or cooked, parasites can survive in pig meat. For this reason we recommend not eating pork. Eating raw fish (sashimi) is also putting you at risk of parasites. Protein is also very hard for the digestive system to break down, an excess of protein (including supplementing with powders) forces your liver and kidneys to work harder, and can cause people to age faster than they otherwise should.

The Optimal Diet for Health and Longevity

An all natural, organic diet, with the majority of calories coming from raw fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, with no processed sugar or seed oils is the best way to stay healthy, stop feeding your parasites, lose weight, and overcome nutritional deficiencies. We realize this type of diet is not easy for everyone, so we recommend doing this for at least 80% of the time if you can. Having a few days a week where you only drink fresh fruit/vegetable juice is a great way to add more vitamins and minerals to your diet. We do not recommend consuming processed, store bought juices as a lot of them contain added sugar and other chemical preservatives.

Our patients who are able to stick to a full raw food diet with no processed sugars, processed foods, added seeds oils or sauces, and no carbs or meat are almost always able to recover faster, and many report other benefits to the diet such as more energy, better sleeps, improvement in skin and hair health, thicker hair, ability to focus better etc. We realize switching to a fully raw diet is very difficult for some people, but even if you can do if for just a few days a week it will help with your overall health and recovery.

Environmental Toxins

Only recently, after finding out the benefits of nicotine (thanks to Dr Ardis) and how patches work, have we come to realize how easily things can penetrate the skin and be absorbed into the blood stream. Nicotine patches are small square bandages that usually contain around 7mg of nicotine per patch. They are left on the skin for 24 hours, and in that time the nicotine is absorbed into the body. As nicotine is proving to be an incredibly powerful nutrient in assisting the body to remove toxins, we have been developing our own brand of all natural nicotine patches. While learning about this process, we were shocked to find out that there is no special delivery system for the nicotine to absorb into the body, it is just on the patch and soaks in itself when applied.

This had us thinking, if nicotine can absorb so easily and have such a powerful effect on our health, what is stopping anything else from absorbing in the same way? This is something most people don’t realize. We will allow bleach or other toxin chemicals to come in contact with our skin while cleaning, use deodorant, shampoos, conditioners, body wash, toothpaste, sunscreens, body lotions, and laundry detergents all filled with an long list of toxic products to touch our skin, or soak into our clothing where the residue can also be absorbed when the clothes are worn, and some people still even use hand sanitizer – which is extremely toxic to the liver. All these things cause inflammation and illness, and should be avoided as much as possible. As an alternative to chemical cleaning agents, laundry chemicals, toxic toothpaste (please do not ever use Fluoridated toothpaste), shampoo, deodorants, and body wash, we recommend using sodium bicarbonate. It is quite cheap, very effective, and non-toxic to the body. You will likely find as soon as you stop exposing yourself to these harmful chemicals regularly, that you will feel healthier and more energetic, which will also assist in keeping a more positive mood as well.

Water

If you are drinking unfiltered town water or out of plastic bottles you need to stop. There are so many toxic chemicals in both of these, that they are definitely causing issues with your microbiome health, causing inflammation, and forcing your body to work overtime to stay in good health. These chemicals can also cause androgyny, brain fog, depression, and cause you to age at a faster rate.

We recommend distilling your water at home – you can buy cheap distillation units online for around $50, and if you are able to a good reverse osmosis water filtration system this would also be a good investment. Either of these methods will delivery cleaner drinking water, but if you can do both you can assure you will be getting the cleanest water possible into your body.

Stress and Emotional Trauma

This is something not a lot of people think about, but it affects our health much, much more than most people realize. If you are unhappy at your job, stuck in a toxic relationship, living in and state of fear and anxiety due to doom-scrolling on the regular, or suppressing trauma from the past – all of these things cause inflammation, encourage parasite growth, and contribute to the formation of cancer in the body.

There is a doctor who has kept track of all his cancer patients over the last few decades and he claims that over 80% of them were stuck in toxic relationships that they refused to leave. The stress and emotional harm from situations like this will cause inflammation – which feed parasites and cause cancer. Modern medicine does not teach about how these subconscious (and sometimes conscious) thought can harm us, but it has a much greater effect than you may think.

We can’t help you find a new job or break up with a toxic partner, put down your phone an start enjoying life as you should be, or talk about the problems from you past to help you face them and move on, but if you want to heal, you should attempt to do what is necessary to improve your life. There will be some short term pain, but ultimately be taking charge of the situation and making decisions that improve you mental state, you will also improve your physical health and ability to overcome future health issue.

Exercise

You already know this one. Please try to exercise more than you currently do. Even if you start with only 10 minutes a day – sweating is a great way to remove toxins from the body. Work out and work up a sweat to help flush out chemicals from your body at a faster rate and reduce the levels of inflammation in your body.

Summary

If you want to stay in the best shape possible and have your body ready to tackle any challenge that comes it’s way – including overcoming cancer and keeping it at bay – then follow the recommended steps above as much as you can.

  • Increase your intake of fruits and vegetables and stop eating toxic, processed foods. Stay away from sugar, GMO foods, and seed oils especially.
  • Replace all your toxic cleaning products and body washes etc. with natural products that won’t cause inflammation, and poison you to death slowly.
  • Filter and/or distill your water. Stop drinking town water or water from plastic bottles as much as possible.
  • Deal with any emotional factors that are causing you stress and inflammation. Negative thoughts – even subconscious ones – are causing more problems in your body than you realize.
  • Exercise more than you currently do. If you want to be healthy and energetic, it’s essential to stay active. There’s a reason why professional athletes rarely die of cancer.

We also recommend doing a blood test or an Oligo scan to detect heavy metal toxicity or any serious mineral deficiencies. If your levels are high we can help you with a detoxing protocol to get them down to acceptable levels.

We always tell our patients and customers that it would benefit them to take copper (10mg+), zinc (50mg+), high-quality Vitamin C (not Ascorbic Acid from GMO-derived corn), and NAC (to assist liver function). This is helpful for 95+% of patients, but it’s even better if you can do a test or scan to find out your deficiencies and work on those specifically.

We also recommend everybody take nicotine (in patch or gum form – not through cigarette smoking or vaping) as natural nicotine will bind with the same receptors as toxins and assist the body in flushing them out. There was a recent study in France that Dr Ardis talks about where patients were fully cured of brain cancers by using high-dose nicotine only. Nicotine is not addictive like we are told, and it’s actually the pyrazines that cigarette companies add to cigarettes that cause them to be so toxic and more addictive. If nicotine was really addictive then people would be getting addicted to tomatoes, eggplant (aubergines), potatoes, cauliflower etc. – as all of these vegetables and more also contain nicotine.
