We have recently updated our vaccine detoxing protocol to extend the period of time that patients take Ivermectin for spike protein removal and detoxing. This is due to the fact that people who injected the poison now have a lot more of the spike toxin built inside them – as well as parasites – causing inflammation and exacerbating other illnesses.

The increased length of treatment gives the body extra time to unbind the toxins from receptors in the body, break them down and excrete them. The body cannot break down the toxins while they are bound. We have tested various protocols extensively, and unfortunately nattokinase, bromelain, curcumin and quercetin are not enough on their own to make a significant impact.

All of Dr. Peter McCullough’s recommendations work far more effectively when combined with Dr. Bryan Ardis’ recommendations first – including either Nicotine, Ivermectin, and/or Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ).

It is essential that all vaccinated do a protocol that includes one of more of the above for an extended period of time to ensure full uncoupling of all spike toxins from the Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptors to allow the body time to detox and heal. The ONLY substances currently known to have this effect are Nicotine, Ivermectin, or Hydroxychloroquine, and these are the most effective detoxing agents we have found thus far.

The following protocol can be altered slightly depending on the weight of patients, current symptoms, and if other medications are currently being taken that may interact but as a general protocol this is what we now work with and recommend.

The FirstMed Inc. Protocol

Days 1-14

Ivermectin – 24mg for people 40-80kg (88-176lbs), or 36mg for people over 80kg (177lbs) per day.

Optional:
Hydroxychloroquine – 1 x 200mg tablet per day.
Nicotine Gum – 2 x 4mg pieces per day. Patches can also be used. The advantage of patches is that they slow release the nicotine over time, whereas the gum will unload a larger amount of nicotine into the body in a short period of time. A very small percentage of people react to the gum (nausea, dizziness, vomiting), and if this is the case you can cut the gum into pieces and take in a smaller dose until your body adjusts to it. Anyone with low nicotine levels will feel a bit dizzy for 5 minutes the first few times they chew on the gum, some people enjoy this feeling – it feels a little bit like being drunk.

Zinc – 50-100mg per day, always taken with food.
NAC – 1000-1500mg per day, always taken before bed.
Vitamin C – Up to 5000mg per day. We use Amalaki tablets as most commercially available Vitamin C is made from Ascorbic Acid which is derived from GMO corn (and thus more inflammatory than natural C). We recommend 6 tablets of Amalaki per day – 2 with each meal.
Vitamin D – 60,000IU Super-dose, taken every second day. Some people take Vitamin D with Vitamin K2 for better absorption.

After the initial 14 days for the next 4 months AT A MINIMUM – ideally 6 months.

Ivermectin – at the same dosage as prior, based on weight, once a week only.

Optional:
Hydroxychloroquine – 1 x 200mg tablet, once a week only.
Nicotine Gum – 1 x 4mg piece per day, continuing on daily is fine, or if you are concerned about addiction, once or twice a week is okay too. We don’t find the gum or patches to be addictive like cigarettes are, and none of our patients have become addicts or started smoking after using the gum or patches.

Zinc – 50-100mg per day, once or twice a week only. Zinc depletes copper in the body, so it’s best to eat a diet high in copper or supplement it during this period.
NAC – 1000-1500mg per day, always taken before bed, every day.
Vitamin C – Up to 2000mg per day, or 4 Amalaki tablets per day ongoing, every day.
Vitamin D – 60,000IU Super-dose, taken every month once only. At this point your Vitamin D levels should be at sufficient levels already.
